Jeff Saywitz is a 30 year veteran in the commercial real estate industry. He is a specialist in all facets of tenant representation. Mr. Saywitz has extensive transactional experience that includes large national portfolio business, in addition to countless one-off requirements of varied size and scope and has negotiated transactions in more than 45 states across the country. From 1995-2017 he oversaw The Saywitz Company's brokerage activities and managed the offices in both Orange County and San Diego. He specializes in office, industrial, flex & R&D requirements, specifically in Southern California, however, he has expertise in most major markets throughout the country. Prior to joining The Saywitz Company, Jeff was a financial analyst with Merrill Lynch. He has recently joined Voit Real Estate Services and serves as a Senior Vice President and Partner in the Tenant Representation Division.

Eric Northbrook, SIOR, is an achievement-focused and award-winning commercial real estate sales leader, advisor, and investor with a passion for tenant and landlord advocacy and performance improvement. As managing director for Voit Real Estate Services, he balances his time between leadership and business development, positioning his dedicated team of sales professionals for success while representing the needs of occupiers of space in the San Diego region. Known for his unshakable work ethic, Eric has helped mold some of the sharpest and most trusted commercial real estate brokers in the Southern California marketplace. Since he entered the real estate industry, Eric has embraced challenges and gravitated to leadership roles. In addition to his duties on the managerial side, he excels in the area of business development for tenant and landlord representation with the goal of optimizing the efficiency & revenue-generating potential of their space.

Josh has provided research and analysis for nearly every property type, and scores of geographies across North America, and has done so at both an entrepreneurial regional brokerage, and a Fortune 500 international brokerage. Beyond the high level data gathering, analyzing, and reporting, Josh has been involved in transactions ranging from small leases with office, retail, and industrial space, to sales transactions in the seven figure range with companies such as UCSD, and international REITs. In his roles of in-house research analyst and director, Josh’s research and insight have been featured in multiple local and national industry publications
Senior Marketing Coordinator
Lisa brings over 18 years’ experience in commercial real estate and graphic design. Lisa is responsible for creating cutting edge marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, offering memorandums, marketing boards, and other related marketing materials. She is the lead graphic designer for the San Diego and Carlsbad offices and is responsible for the oversight and direction of all design related facets. Lisa is a confident and creative designer who is motivated and driven and likes to think outside the box. Her belief is no client is the same and neither is design. She prides herself on designing custom materials to suit her clients individuality and needs.
Penny Delgallego joined Voit Real Estate Services in 2012. As Marketing Coordinator, Penny maintains all aspects of marketing and product development. She is responsible for creating innovative Buyer-Seller or Tenant-Landlord presentations, designing unique marketing and promotional collateral including brochures, flyers, direct mail materials, client proposals, and content development. She also assists in the reporting and client accountability process, online listing administration, and overall productivity of the marketing team. Penny helps promote the Voit brand through print and media outlets and contributes to the design of successful marketing campaigns that have resulted in the closing of multiple notable transactions.
